“Das Inn an sich ist schön. Es hat eine wunderbare Lage direkt am See und besonders das House cleaning Personal ist sehr freundlich. Allerdings sollte man wissen wofür man das Zimmer bucht. Wenn man nur für 2-3 Nächte da ist, ist es absolut ausreichend. Es gibt einen Schlafbereich und ein angrenzendes Bad. Im schlafbereich gibt es keinen Stauraum für Klamotten oder Koffer. Entsprechend muss man aus den Koffern leben, und damit leben, dass die Koffer hier und da im Weg stehen. Da die Lüftung……

“I'm almost reluctant to write a review as this hotel is my hidden gem. It's my 3rd time staying and perfect for a local staycation. The outside will make you wonder if you're at the right place then once you step into the lobby you're transported. The hotel has everything you need at a reasonable price. Comfy rooms, pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, bar and even garden loungers to enjoy the good weather. Remember to ask for a dressing gown if you plan on using a spa when you check-in at……

“The staff were all very good but at times a little pushed to see to everything. Our room was roomy but not particularly clean, cobwebs on windows, dirt and dusty skirting and all areas upon high had a good layer of dust. One bulb out at bedside and marks on wall and skirting that could be wiped off. Bed linen and towels were clean and soft. Shower and sink clean but toilet was not!!! Passage way to and from dining room smelt of cooking grease all the time that would suggest extractor filters……

“The hotel was beautiful and spacious. When we were there we ate both dinner and breakfast outside which was lovely, again looking over extensive grounds (although oddly the second tier of the garden below the main level was not well maintained at all) However the feel of the place was a bit chaotic and we heard a number of guests complaining about things which should have been easily remedied (tvs not right, AC not entirely working and so on) We had a lovely dinner but one of our servers made……

“I was at the lower floor room right under the corridor, other hotel guests walking were very noisy. Other than this, the stay was brilliant”

“Fantastic location for the event i was attending. Close to local shops, pubs & cafes. The hotel staff were polite, very warm, welcoming, accommodating & friendly - a totally lovely experience. Would highly recommend to family & friends. The hotel can only accommodate able body individuals..... no wheelchair access and no facilities Re: lifts The stairs are narrow in places”

“Beautiful room. Bathroom was a Wet Room very useful for limited mobility and ease of showering. Nice toiletries. (No tissues though. That’s the only negative). Food was ok. Garden was amazing. Breakfast was first class with good quality ingredients served by 2 very friendly happy ladies. Sean & Chris were very welcoming. Overall a great find will def be back. Lesley & Mike”
