Friendly staff and good location, clean facilities and felt very safe overall. There was some mould on the ceiling of my room and it smelled of damp, but this is only issue I would note because everything else was great
I enjoyed my stay. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The room needs deep cleaning and walls need repainting. The bathroom smells a bit of mold. In 2019 this hotel was called On The Marks. It was fresh, new and very clean. It had a restaurant and had a lively atmosphere. Maybe it’s time for a renovation? Overall it was okay, but I might not be back to stay here again.
I will definitely be staying here again. It was a great location, quiet and safe when I’ve walked around very late at night, lots of convenient stores for ATMS and a cool Shisha Bar called Tazune that people should check out. Very nice overall
Great place to stay if you would just like somewhere to sleep at night! But you can find places with better amenities at a better price in Japan. You have to pay for a towel, washcloth, etc. It was only 100 yen for those things but I feel as though they could be included with the booking. The location is great being about 7-10 minute walk from Kawasaki Station and lots of great food options around. Its about 3O minutes from Tokyo by train! Staff was very kind.
My first experience in Japan. The people the hotel were great and I’d go there again anytime. Thank you so much

Nothing great but simply a place to sleep. It’s just I had to pay extra if I will get the lower bunk. My 1st in hostel so not sure if it’s normal. Location is good, near kawasaki station. Food availability is massive in the area.
I LOVED this hostel hotel! It’s very hard to find any hostels hotel with just one room available. I traveled solo so I was very nervous to leave my bag in a shared room with no lock. But I was able to find this place that had solo rooms or just cubbies to share. It was very nice I enjoyed it a lot! I felt safe and comfortable. Would definitely book again if i decide to come solo to Japan. Also I forgot to say how affordable it was!
It was very cheap and not to far from shinjuku and shibuya I recommend getting the room they offer as it was totally worth it in my opinion. Options for breakfast were pretty limited and not worth it in my opinion it’s also walking distance from a busy street and a 24 hour McDonald’s though I’m personally not a fan of McDonald’s. The staff were very friendly and most spoke English. They also have vending machines in the hotel as well as a bunch of manga to read at the laundromat. For the price it’s definitely worth staying there didn’t have any problems during my stay felt very comfortable during my stay. Definitely recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again on my next solo trip to Japan
Everything was so nice. I arrived later than check-in because of flight delay and there was no problem checking in as there were still people at the desk. I had reached out to ask of this was oké and got no response, which was making me nervous but it all worked out.
Beds suck, and it's filthy. My first bunk had snot and boogers all over the wall. Very obvious nobody had cleaned the place. Hot water was unreliable. Never staying here again.
Capsule was decent size had room for my luggage inside. The capsule had a cubby with a lock so you could put some things into it. You got a locker big enough for a book bag. Laundry was affordable with built in detergent. Towels are 100yen if you want to take a shower or bring one. Showers and bathrooms were clean. Vending machines in the hotel had drinks. Don't worry there's a 7/11a block away and a family mart within two blocks. Plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Overall the main lobby and basement manga lounge have a good vibe. Would probably get a room next time just because I had bad luck and had someone with bad gas above my capsule one night. Cheap clean and nice feeling
For the money this room was uncomfortable. The bed was very low and only place to sit.
Was more comfortable sitting on the toilet as a chair.
Needs more hanging space.
No Kettle for hot water or microwave only fridge for your cold
stuff you dont need heating up.
The bed was comfortable to sleep in and i was out most of the time.
If it wasnt for Convenient to be near the station, to go and see attractions.
I dont think i'd stay here again.
I stay in different area with more to see.
For the price paid, it was adequate and access to places was excellent. This review is for a single room and not for the capsule pod. For people on the go, this is just an excellently priced facility. I'd come again if I need inexpensive accommodation.
