"난방과 수압 전반적인 분위기는 깔끔했지만 청소상태에 매우 실망했어요. 침대 덮개라고 해야하나 침구류 위에 회색 천을 걷어내니 여러 머리카락이 잔뜩있어서 방을 바꾸고 싶었지만 너무 늦게 숙소에 도착하였고 이미 짐을 푼 상태라 저희가 치우고 잤습니다. 주차도 부족해서 지하4층까지 주차장이 이중주차 포함 꽉 차있었고 갓길주차까지.. 주차도 힘들었어요. 주차는 어쩔수없더라도 청소는 신경을 쓰셔야할 듯합니다"

"Everything is broken in the room, the massage chair is in poor condition and barely works, the shower leaks everywhere, the bed is hard as a rock, the room looks nothing like the pictures. Breakfast was supposed to be included but there was only white toast and water. "
