「good staff, clean room」

「This hotel has a welcoming atmosphere and the staff are pleasant and professional. The room is comfortable and spotless. I particularly loved the shower with the two shower heads!」

「IHG hotels are always reliable, and this one was no exception. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and everything was clean and tidy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. However, the soundproofing was poor — I could clearly hear footsteps from the room above. In addition, the air conditioning was quite noisy, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.」

「Great for an affordable sleep and quick stop while travelling through.」

「Clean and spacious room. TV remote's batteries needed replacement. There appears to be an insufficient number of staff to properly serve customers with staff doing double duty at the reception desk and the bar.」

「Hard to find, GPS would guide you through a jungle path, you need a Jeep to pass. No breakfast provided! If you come late in the evening, no body to ask, you need to read a note on their pub door to find out where the suites is and where everything is!」

「It was in an excellent location. Roof top patio was beautiful.」

「This is an old, tired, low cost motel. It's run down and totally lacking in proper maintenance. There is paint missing from the walls but there is lots of paint stains on the floor. this is not a place that I will return to. I love little privately owned family run motels and this is not one of them.」

「Excellent amenities. Unfortunately not enough time to enjoy.」
