“My shower pooled up the first night I arrived. So my son was able to shower, but I was not.The second night it pooled and did not drain. I had to use chopsticks to open the drain cover...and what I saw made my stomach turne. So we had to get extra towels and take bird baths for the rest of out stay. The sink ran /dripped constantly, which was annoying. I took pictures and videos of the filth. It is absurd that I paid $100+ a night to stay in filth.”

“The kitchen had no utensils I had to buy pans and paperware. I ask for clean wash clothes and towels and I was told you have to bring the dirty ones down… never heard that in my life. No ice machine so I had to buy that too. Too many dogs on the property! Pitbull’s and other. Huge dogs! To me I think it’s half a shelter and half hotel! The room has a slight smell so I had to by air freshener also. But I mange for my 4 day stay! It was an experience though! Found hair on the tub. The staff was……
