We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Our greeted us like family and was super friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and offered loads of hot beverage options, and a clean and well stocked community kitchen that was kept clean and tidy. This accommodation was one of the nicest places we have stayed in this trip at definitely the most reasonably priced. The location is excellent; just a short walk from Yorkminster, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of York. I highly recommend a stay with Vikings accommodation.

The room was nice. It was a little warm at night even with the window was open and fan blowing. The community kitchen is really nice. It’s only a short walk to Old Town where there are lots of shops.

Clean room. Easy to access. Helpful staff. Uncomfortable bed. Provided fan was extremely dusty and barely worked consistently (which considering the moderate heatwave wasn’t the greatest).

The room was small but clean, had a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The guest kitchen and sitting area was a great bonus and had everything you needed to cook a meal. Nour was the most friendly and helpful host. He arranged a parking permit for £5 pound a day. Easy walking distance to town centre.

Small guesthouse, conveniently located for the city, and reasonably priced. Room and en-suite a little small, but full and free use of the shared kitchen, and unlimited refills of tea and coffee supplies. Could have done with better lighting in the bathroom and a better mirror in the room. Exceptional service; the host was extremely helpful and welcoming, and could not have been better.
