「There were serious concerns about security and privacy. Some room key cards were broken, and the large opening around the lock was covered only by a cheap plastic panel that could easily be removed by hand.
I was also shocked that housekeeping entered my room twice while I was in the shower, without warning...
These issues made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe during my stay.」
「Unfortunately room.was not cleaned properly on arrival. I was too tired though to say anything. The staff were good though. Just a request to ensure a room is clean before a new guest. Was told area was not so safe to walk alone at night, which is sad as I love Cairns. Thank you.」
「The room was very large and new! It was great that the bathroom was equipped with a washer and dryer. Unfortunately, the air conditioner had a very strong odor. It definitely needs to be cleaned. That was very unpleasant. The staff is extremely friendly, and the entire facility is very well-maintained.」

Fridge made one heavy noise every few minutes for 2-3 hours.
Couldn't make the room dark at night.
TV light sensor was bright and stayed on all night/ need a card cover.

Furniture is a bit old but still very solid and useful.
