When I reserved the room it was listed as Pet friendly-that policy has changed and the no longer accept pets. Since I already had reservations they did honor it and allowed me to have my dog. The AC took a bit to figure out and was very loud, it was ok but don’t think I would stay here again

With it being a facility that allows smoking in rooms the air is very thick and stale. The air conditioning is very outdated while it still works it is at minimum capacity. You get what you pay for basically. It was an inexpensive stay last minute

This is an older property, but is exactly what was needed: comfortable bed, hot shower, plenty of clear cable channels with a ton of sports. If I find myself, again, in Niles OH, I wouldn’t hesitate in booking again

This hotel is a bit dated but for the price you can't beat it in the area. Anything else and the price range is not worth the risk to your health to stay in. This place was clean well taken care of and the bed was extremely comfortable. I will be staying here yearly when I come to Niles Ohio.

I made the reservation through Expedia because this hotel had a descent rating. I got their and there was no parking spots at the registration office so I had to park behind the hotel and walk to the registration office. I was told how to get to my room and got to the door with all my luggage and could not get in. I was not given any instructions on how to use the key. I called the office and was told to walk back to the office. I told the person they needed to come to me because I had too much luggage. There's no elevator so I had to climb stairs to get to the room. The room smelled, two of the l lights did not work and there was a stain on the floor. I was there all of 7 minutes. I look all my luggage back to my car and left. I ended up getting a room at the DoubleTree in Downtown Youngstown. A total waste of $91.

I stayed for 2 nights. The room was clean and the people at the front desk were very nice and helpful with directions and places to go eat. I was a little disappointed with the breakfast. I am use to a space within the hotel to eat. Breakfast was served in a brown bag. It had juice and a danish in it. If I ever had a need to stay in this area again, I would stay here. Good value for the money.
