「The house was a nice 2 bedroom that had everything we needed. The bedrooms, bathroom, front room all were spacious. We could not go out back as the house apparently had settled so the door would not open. Also, the hot water in the shower kept going cold then hot. We did get a early morning surprise as the mowers showed up and my husband had to move his car to avoid debris from hitting it. But overall I would say this was anice place to stay. The neighborhood was peaceful too. 」

「The website does not inform you that a few days before your stay you will receive a list of doc from "Venture Out" to sign electronically. One of the doc mostly pertains to the home owner and not the tenant. Venture Out told the home owner I would not be allowed to get my parking passes if the documents were not signed. The owner was kinds and has a fabulous unit. I would recommend updating the website and the HOA aggreement that tenants are required to sign. 」
