「While waiting to check in I used the lobby restroom and found the urinal with a sign saying out of order. After waiting for awhile longer to check-in, I was told that the only working ice machine was on the first floor (the other two were not working). Also the vending machines were broken but they did have drinks you could buy at the desk. However they were twice the cost as drinks from the vending machines. The room looked nice but there was so much condensation that the tile was a little...

「The heated pool was nice and the bed in the suite was great. They allowed us to check in early which was awesome. Breakfast was a bit sad, pullout bed in suite was very bad, there was a dead roach on the stairs for 2 days. We named him Jerry.」

「The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We were able to get an early check in to get ready for our anniversary dinner. The room was clean. Plenty of towels (usually not the case at other hotel brands). Breakfast was adequate. Plenty of handicap parking up front. An overall positive experience.」

「The free breakfast can be better. The coffee was not good, no eggs at all or any other protein, only carbs, the location is outside Panama City beach but it wasn’t a problem, like 15 min, (depend of the traffic) far from all the activities」
