“I visited Carillon Beach #106 between Christmas and New Years and it was the perfect location. Clean and comfortable. Very walkable safe and friendly community. Pools were clean and hot tubs warm. Loved the included Beach Service and very sad to see that it has been removed as an aminity on the current listing. Will return.”

“The condo was just basic…could use a little remodeling, but I do understand why you would not with a rental and people trashing it. The blinds in the bedroom were missing a part of a slat/broken and something to make it dark in the morning would be nice, instead of the sun pouring in at 6am..the tv in the bedroom has about 1/4 of the screen cracked, so it was blacked out. The fan in the downstairs bathroom was also so loud..maybe a new one is needed? Otherwise, it was a fun layout, clean, and……
