“This property was so bad that we only stayed one night, even though I had already paid for an entire week. We chose not to return because the conditions were unacceptable. The property was dirty, there was evidence of smoking despite the no-smoking policy, and it was not worth the money we spent. This was a very disappointing experience, and I expected much better from both the property and Expedia.”

“The first room we were in had roaches, according to the hotel desk it was the only room that had a full kitchen it in and the front desk stated someone must of left food or something in there. We were put into another room which we weren’t too crazy about but we were 10 hours from home and had already paid for the hotel. I appreciate being put into another room but I won’t stay here again.”

“Checked in and walked into room. Room looks nothing like pictures online. The place stunk and was nasty. Burn holes on blanket, not sure sheets had ever been changed. Was in room less than 2 minutes before deciding to leave. Went back to front desk and told attendant that we couldn’t stay in this nasty place. She informed me there would not be a return. I told her rooms looked nothing like online. She just shrugged her shoulders. I just chalked it up to lesson learned and hopefully through this……
