Room 432's TV failed ADA law is hard time to option clicking on Closed Caption. Needs updated. I do not use tv all this week because I was so frustration. No interesting in call you come to fix this tv waste my time. Room 432's LG remote removed. Only for cable remote cant adjust to option close caption. Cable remote needs updated to have cc included there to make easier for everyone.
Allover Casa Loma Inn is great location. Room bathroom is too small and needs updated model. Thank you!!!

I’ve been going to Panama City my entire life, and I’ve stay everywhere from the cheapest places in town to the most expensive condos in the city, along with $2000/day beach houses. I first stayed at the Casa Loma 46 years ago. It is by far our favorite place on the beach. You can park right in front of the door to your room, the pool is up close to the rooms, the hotel is as close to the water as it gets, and the updates they’ve made to the property are great. A+

The hotel was not bad. The customer service was great. The room wasn’t that bad. It was just the bathroom that was outdated. It needs a little work, but overall, it wasn’t a bad place to stay just not up to my standards I guess.

Arrived earlier than expected and rooms were ready within 2 hours of arrival. The staff was absolutely kind and very helpful. Rooms were cleaned very well, smelled good and fresh towels. The view is spectacular and it was very calm. No craziness going on and felt safe. We did see a security person on site. I just wished they allowed golf carts on site while staying there.
Overall it was a great experience.
We will definitely be back.

The beach view was amazing! We stayed on the 4th floor, with no elevator which was fine and expected. The pool was clean. The staff was friendly. There is an area to clean all of the sand off of you after you were done with the beach. The kitchenette had a full sized oven which was great and all pots and pans were provided.

Everything was just like the pictures, very clean and safe! Our favorite part was the easy beach access, the pool, and the little gas station right in front of the property because they had a few groceries there. Honestly, I would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Loma. The property is dated and could use an overhaul and our room felt like it could use a good cleaning, but it was a very affordable for a beachfront property. The pool was great but not heated at this point in the year (March) and there has been a cold front so it was chilly. The front desk staff was fabulous, very friendly, and super helpful. The Wi-Fi was rough, we struggled to stay connected. The water pressure was unlike anything we have ever seen, it was amazing. Overall, a good experience.
