“Second time staying, Great hotel.”

“The overall experience was just okay. The air conditioner in the room gave out moldy smell, bathroom floor was not cleaned properly- I was on my knees wiping it after noticing hair that did not belong to anyone in my family. Also, the TV service in the rooms was out because of the lightning. The staff has not updated anyone on the resolution of the issue and did not even offer any apologies. Overall, disappointing experience. Marriott has significantly lowered their standard of providing great……

“Although we just stayed one night, we got a good impression of the hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfy. Had a coffee pot in the room but liked being able to go down stairs and get a fresh ground cup of coffee whenever I wanted to for free! Snacks for a fee were available too. The location is not on the beach but it isn't far and was close to many other places including Pier Park. Would stay here again!”

“The room was in nice clean shape and room was cool when we got there. It was well worth the money. Would highly recommend and will stay again. Even though it’s ocean view and not beach front, the view was amazing still. We loved it. Our car did get hit in the parking garage, but that’s a risk you take anywhere I suppose.”

“Rooms are so small. it was 4th of july weekend so we paid over $500 a night and still paid $70 in parking? it’s the cost of doing business, wanna charge for parking? add a valet guy. Couldn’t figure out the hot water. Room service never turned down our rooms all 3 nights. First night, kids were in the pool with their dad and i’m in the room super sick on antibiotics finally knocked myself out on cold meds and get woken up to someone banging on the door saying “maintenance “ accusing us of……

“It was great, the location was excellent. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom and sink were renovated. The only thing they really need to change is the exterior. The hallways are a bit run-down, and the elevator needs better ventilation.”
