"Some staff was great was where rude. Room was run down. The view was AMAZING! Room service was horrible. We couldn’t get someone to clean our room till the day we left. After they “cleaned” we didn’t get clean towels or toilet paper. Only made one of the beds because my laptop was on the other bed and they can’t move our things in order to clean our room. Good things about the hotel, bartender was friendly, good breakfast, heated pool for the cool days. Did I mention the view? Would I stay here again. Yes. I can pass the service. Now I know I need to ask them in detail. "

"The location is great. Parking is easy and secure. The beach is a 30 minute walk at least I walked it so I know for sure they do have a beach shuttle and parking is fairly easy at the beach as well. Two dollars an hour. The staff seem short staffed with housekeeping. Make sure to ask early in the morning because they’re busy but they get it done. All of the staff at the desk are nice and patient. Great time will visit again.! thank you"

"The food was ok. The pool could have been slightly warmer but it was fun. The room was not the cleanest and there was a few bugs that grossed me out but they came and sprayed right away and bleached and cleaned the room while we were out. The view is amazing and most of the staff were amazing. "

"You get what you pay for here. It’s old and run down. The room had inches of dust on the baseboards and the floors were all scratched up. I felt like I was going to fall through the tub when I showered. But the view was pretty. There is no ice machine, you either have to buy a whole bag of ice, or go into the “restaurant “ and get a bucket. The breakfast that is available is the same food as you would get at a Continental breakfast at another hotel, however, you have to pay for it. $5.00 for a frozen bagel and 1 ounce of cream cheese was a lot. The whole place needs a huge remodel. We stayed for 3 nights and that was plenty. "
