I informed the staff that my dog is a legitimate service animal, yet I felt that my statement was questioned and doubted. Instead of being treated with respect, I was made to feel as though I was being dishonest. As a result, I was charged a pet fee that, according to the rules regarding service animals, should not have been charged. What upset...

「The bed weren’t very clean. When went to pull out couch bed, and we had to ask the front for more sheets. They seem annoyed to give us more towels because we was a family of 5.」

「Bug was found on the bed, mold covered up with paint, and the handicap bathroom shower was leaking water into the floor causing a puddle on the floor. Yes it was a water barrier there but it was crap.」
