"I loved the view and location. However our room was not very clean. Beds were nice and fresh but the carpet was really dirty. I mean turned my socks black."

"The rooms were clean, but where the people were coming in from the beach was sandy as were the elevators and eventually that sand was tracked into the room. The staff was really friendly, curteous and helpful. The room was quiet and the outside noise was non existent. We got a really good nights sleep. From the room you could tell that it was an aging facility and needed an update. We had our phones, my hearing aid cases and there was not enough outlets to plug them in."

"My wife and I celebrated our 61st wedding anniversary in "The Board Room" condo.Great condo, easy check-in even for an 80 year old, perfect location, and great host!The condo was very clean, communications pre and post Check-in were very thorough. Convenient and secure parking. My wife and I enjoyed some great meals thanks to the suggestions in the Host's Notebook in the condo."

"We had a wonderful stay with about 20 guests for a combined birthday and Mother’s Day celebration. The home was spacious, comfortable, and set up perfectly for a large group without ever feeling crowded.The second‑story kitchen was impressively well stocked with cookware, serving pieces, and everything we needed for big family meals. The layout gave everyone plenty of room to gather, cook, and relax.The first floor offered the most privacy with two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and convenient pool access. The second floor included a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, a single bathroom, and the large, welcoming kitchen and living area where we spent most of our time together. The third floor had two bedrooms connected by a Jack‑and‑Jill bathroom, plus a spacious primary bedroom with an incredible view and private access to an additional shared bathroom. There was also a smaller bunk room with a trundle and sliding‑door access to the larger bedroom, which worked great for families with kids.Beach access was just a short, easy walk, and the water was absolutely beautiful. We also loved how close the home was to restaurants and gift shops—everything we needed was just a few minutes away.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and made wonderful memories here."

"So held off on this a bit. Waited to see something of a better response out of host but got nothing and now reimbursement so here goes : Fleas + Satins on beds + Build up of dirt in a lot of spots + We checked in seemed just a tad run down but planned to tough it out. Pullout bed had stains so kids slept on couch one of them slept on upstairs bed. Next morning he had bites on him we checked for bedbugs and did not see any guesses maybe from somewhere else looked like flea bites. Next day went ok but then second morning more bites. When we got back that afternoon we decided it was best for us to relocate we alerted host and left only half way through stay. No offers to make it right and a message back asking if we had pictures of fleas and saying it was a satin on bed not urine….. Well there you go hope you have better luck then we did."
