"Step to the beach and ocean. Plenty of room for our large family group. Kids loved the heated pool. Plenty ofbathrooms, the two kitchens was a bonus withp plenty of room for food the prep.Keeping on my return list. Host is great with quick responses and providing area information. "

"Located on beach, only steps to the ocean. The views were amazing. Can’t say enough about the location! The heated pool was great for the kids and the adults. The family spent hours playing on the beach and the pool. The hot tub looked to be an older model but still got the job done. Grilled fish right out on the back deck with their gas grill. The home itself was so spacious, plenty of room for our family of 10. The only thing I would say was a negative is the old, outdated, very worn living room furniture and the trundle beds upstairs. I would definitely recommend this home, we didn’t have any issues. We only made memories we will cherish forever and we definitely be coming back. "

"We had a great Thanksgiving week at this cute beach house less than a block from the beautiful white sands beach! Our host sent us a list of good places to eat and things to do, Her recommendations were great!The house was very clean and in excellent order with a great stocked kitchen. Even though I ordered a precooked meal from Publix for Thanksgiving day, we never lacked for the correct pot, pan, utensil, plate or grill!The beach chairs, towels and other beach equipment were conveniently placed in one of the first floor closets. The beach access directly across from the house is great. it looks brand new-an elevated Trex wood walkway past the beachfront homes so just a short walk through the soft, shifting sands (which was nice for us older beach bums!) to a wide, clean beach. I was surprised that there were not many people there, but it was great for those of us there. What a nice, calm and relaxing beach! A welcome change from the over crowed areas just west of where we were. A couple of suggestions besides the ones we received. We had a blast making our own blown glass Christmas ornaments at Panama City Hot Glass Studio, loved Parlor Doughnuts and Bayou on the Beach, especially music bingo night to go along with the cajun and seafood dishes. Don't miss visiting Old Town Panama City to watch the sun set by Uncle Ernies and enjoy one of the restaurants such as Alice"s on Bayview.. There were cute shops there also!"

"We absolutely loved our time at this home! It is literally steps from the beach and is truly a clean, welcoming, and perfect place for a getaway.The house was ideal for our family celebration. Our son, along with a few of his friends, had just received his Army pilot certificate, and this was the perfect spot to celebrate their huge accomplishment before they all head off to their new stations.A special thank you to the hosts for being incredibly accommodating and understanding when we had uncertainty about our travel plans and flights during the shutdown.If you have the opportunity to book here, I highly suggest you do it.
