“There were stains on the sheets and pillow cases when we got into our room. One of the top bunk beds was very stained and looked like it had just been flipped over, so whoever sleeping on the bottom could just see a huge stain. A roach also actually crawled out of the microwave (can’t make this up). It also doesn’t mention on the website that if you are under 21 they will make you pay 100 dollar deposit in case you don’t leave the room in good shape, which is kind of crazy given the fact it was……

“The staff gave several conflicting statements regarding our reservation and repeatedly said "I'll have to check with the manager" and delayed the conflicting statements regarding room location, etc. There is construction - which they were transparent and proactive about communicating prior to arrival - but yet the noise and extent of the work was quite disruptive and made sitting by one of the pools almost impossible. The mattresses were terrible - they did offer a pad or two to help but we……

“Unfortunately the room was not serviced during the 3 night stay. I spoke to the front desk after the 2nd night and was assured it would be taken care of that day but it was not. Also, the room phone did not work and the shower supplies (body wash) was empty. Both of these items were brought to their attention as well. ”

“I am hesitant to give this review with low stars because I know how important these are to the employees who were fine. The hotel condition however is so poor that it can’t go unmentioned. The carpet in my room had 2 huge stains that looked sinister. The room was also missing the couch/pull out leaving an empty glaring space. Just spend a little money and renovate this thing because the employees and managers are worth it, good people.”

“We were not informed when we scheduled our stay that the hotel was under renovations. No breakfast was being served and the pool was closed. The room, though a great lay out, was in terrible condition. No Phone Service in the room. The TV in the bedroom, we had a suite, didn't even have a cable outlet to be hooked up too. No, “Do Not Disturb” signs in the room and no ice bucket. Sounds like small things but we had paid for a suite. I have stayed at Wyndhams many times and have never had one……

“There is MAJOR renovations happening so things are tore apart and no pool available. We did have a renovated room and it was CLEAN AND FABULOUS! Comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast was not bad at all for having to work around renovations. ”
