"The front desk employee at check in acted liked she hated her job. We are very easy going and talkative but she just barely said a word back. Then we got to the room, the floor was absolutely disgusting and the toilet constantly ran, could hear it even with the bathroom door closed. We just wore shoes the whole time in the room. The shower and tub had mold everywhere, definitely needs replaced. The walls seem paper thin, every noise is so loud. Our floor sounded like a kennel with how many dogs were constantly barking. We barely got any sleep. The price was great but you definitely get what you pay for."

"The room was okay for the price.Some remodeling would help, but then the room would cost more. Very nice spot on the beach but most tourists want to stay on Front Beach Road. I prefer this location. It is near the best restaurants on the beach and the state park. It also provides a quick exit for those heading northeast to go home. "

"The private beach was awesome and peaceful. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and well maintained. The room was nice and having a balcony was a plus. Be sure to schedule a day for your room to be cleaned when you check in because room maintenance does not automatically happen daily. I would definitely stay here again because it is better than paying for an overpriced and old/overated hotel on PCB. We had a car and the drive to PCB was only 15-20min and parking was pretty cheap approx $6 for 4hrs. "

"Check in and check out was efficient. Room was very spacious and clearn. We appreciated the bars all around the shower. Bathroom was large and very clean. Property was well maintained. Ample parking. Good lighting in the parking lot. Linen was very nice on the beds. Loved having a fridge. Breakfast worker was exceptionally nice and offered to make us omlettes. Waffle was great! Would definitely book this property again."

"It was a great property. Very quiet area like abnormally quiet at night. Very cozy and pleasant house. We walked to the beach twice in no time. Very nice and relaxing walk to the beach. Negatives: Two things, I have to address. Please deep clean the couch seats. Possibly a rug doctor. They were saturated with deep stains in them possibly from guests having pets. Maybe air out the house longer when guests have dogs. Other than that no issues. It was a very pleasant experience. "
