聖塔羅沙海灘藍山海灘酒店住宿推介

「It was a beautiful home, close to the beach.」

「Room was clean, staff were nice and breakfast was fresh and delicious. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We will come back again」

「Staff was excellent managing all visitors after hurricane impact.」

「The stay was very comfortable, the breakfast was also very good, especially the restaurant manager's service attitude was very good👍」

「They did a great job of providing a hot breakfast with no power due to the hurricane. I found it disappointing there was not a hair dryer in the room and the rooms have zero sound insulation. You can hear everything. Also, smokers need to be removed from entrance& exits cause the smell permeates the whole first floor and difficult to get outside with a pet when you have to push thru all the smokers.」

「Good」

「Overall the hotel, room, and amenities were clean. Breakfast was the same quality as a free continental breakfast at a 1-star motel. We stayed 4 nights, 5 days. The hotel doesn’t tell you that you have to call to get your towels replaced and room cleaned. I called twice and the third time I just asked for fresh towels. The showed up the last day we were there to clean the room. They still didn’t take out the trash. I will not be staying here again.」

「Loved all the amenities and the access to the beach and great restaurants」

「Isaias hurricane was about. To hit so we reached out not to get a refund but to move the stay to the following week and they would not assist」
