I like it because of location and price. Convenient to a lot of things to do and eat. Walmart also right around the corner. The room we stayed in, the door does need to be fixed. We had to yank it open to get out. Other than that, the pool is great so is the air conditioning and of course location again.

So, I've stayed there 15 yrs..4 times per summer min., but need to start putting money back into it. Great location, used to be younger and only slept and showered there. Now with date it's cheap cheap or low budget. Hate to say after good times but same price around at other places. Good memories. I've moved on.

We stayed at this motel for one day because our friends were staying nearby. While the location and atmosphere had some great highlights, the overall quality did not match the price we paid. The Cons: Maintenance Issues: The room doors were rusty, and the lock malfunctioned while we were inside—we actually got locked in the room and had to call the staff to let us out. Additionally, the bathroom sink splashed water everywhere whenever we used it, soaking us. Cleanliness: The room wasn't properly checked before our arrival. We found leftover fruit from previous guests inside the oven. Value: Given the maintenance and cleanliness issues, the room felt overpriced. The Pros: Great Amenities & Location: Having the pool right in front of our room was awesome. It’s also in a prime location—very close to local entertainment, the maze, and convenient beach access. Friendly Service: The staff were very helpful and friendly when handling our issue. The other guests were friendly too, creating a nice atmosphere. Parking: There was plenty of parking available, which made coming and going very easy. Overall: The location, staff, and pool are great, but management desperately needs to clean the rooms thoroughly and fix basic maintenance issues like rusty locks and splashing sinks.

I didn’t realize it was a stay by the week hotel, but was very surprised about the cleanliness, the staff, and even the people who lived there. I had the pool all to myself both days we were there, and it was clean. Very satisfied.

We stayed for the weekend and we thought when we pulled up it looked sketchy but our room was clean and the pool was amazing. The bathroom was very clean and was probably the best looking bathroom we have seen in a while.Only complaint was other guest would sometimes be loud at night and around 8:30 in the morning.

Hidden Gem

Over the past 4 years, my friend and I have stayed here. So, I thought bringing new people on our yearly trip to Panama City was best. The staff did not disappoint. We were met with a warm hello and a friendly welcome. The rates are very reasonable and the location is perfect for beachgoers, shopping, dining, and amusement ventures. I give this stay a 5 out of 5 stars. No bugs were found and the room was very clean!

I love this place so far it has been my favorite place to stay. The staff is extremely nice the rooms are clean and decently updated especially for a motel. Some of the TV's in the room are slight less quality but they do work. Never run out of hot water and they keep the pool clean. Convenient ice maker with great location. Not all rooms have a freezer area in the mini fridge but the ice more than makes up for it if you ask me. AC works the absolute best here compared to other nearby motels. Great location friendly staff/neighbors, and clean rooms; I couldn't ask for more.

We checked in at 10pm. The lady at the desk was so sweet and helpful! We went to our room and noticed the pool was still open. Seemed as if everyone in the pool was having a great time! We didn’t notice any rowdy or obnoxious people hanging around. We came and went until the wee hours. We never had a real disruption with loud noises. The rooms were clean, the beds were soft, and the air worked well. The only down fall was the appearance of the tub with burn marks, and the old stale carpet. But hey, when everything else goes well, the two minor issues can and will be over looked. Can’t wait to stay again.
