「This listing is NOT an Apartment in a condo. It is a small master BEDROOM with a bathroom. SO MUCH is listed wrong about this. Its cluttered with too much for a small space. Not a private balconyNot a queen size bedNo kitchenette (mini fridge and appliances) NO dining area.The 3 pools are NOT located at the condo. They are all walkable distance.NOT ON THE BEACH AT ALL. You can not put "may as well be", when there is a street and a whole row of beach houses in between the condo and beach. No view...

「We had a fantastic stay at Gulf Place! The condo was the perfect size for our family of 3. The beds were comfy, the balcony view was beautiful, and I was pleasantly surprised at how well-stocked the kitchen was. Perfect location for exploring 30A, and we can't wait to come stay again. Highly recommend!」

「We stay at Hidden Villas annually for a special moms and daughters beach trip to kick off our summer break and it’s always such a charming and beautiful place. Our favorite spot and super convenient with the private beach access right across the street. We highly recommend it !!! Our only worry was parking since we only receive one spot to park and that makes the arrival a little stressful when there were plenty of spots open all night. We had to find paid overnight parking in a nearby town....

「We recently stayed for 7 nights. While the location is convenient, we noticed several cleanliness issues. First, the air vents in the bathroom and living room appear to have significant mold growth - it was very disturbing and had we discovered the issue sooner into our stay, we likely would have left for a different rental. 「My sister and I had an amazing stay! The condo was spotless, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. We especially appreciated how well stocked it was there were plenty of dishes, plates, cookware, and everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay.
