“Nice view to the beach”

“Our stay was fantastic!!! The owner, Tufan was an excellent host. He provide all the info and necessary items for our stay to be amazing. The description and photos were 100% accurate. Location is perfect! The private beach area guarantees a place to either rent a chair/umbrella (we did and highly recommend it) or bring your own beach chairs. We will revisiting Destin again in August and will choose this condo again. Thanks Tufan for making our vacation stress free and memorable.”

“I loved the checking process was easy. Parking is free. Pool is nice and there is additional pool up by beach. Great location! Restaurant the Back Porch, food was so good. Had oysters from Louisiana and some crab snow legs! So good and the buckets are strong if you get them. The view is absolutely gorgeous, plus sale on condo. I would recommend the owner invested in upgrading tvs they are very old and I couldn’t figure out how to configure them. It’s like about 20 years old, still has dvr……

“The property was cute and right on the docks. You could watch the herons fishing. The walk to the private beach wasn’t far and the beach was gorgeous. I appreciated the good communication and clear directions from the host. The larger bathroom closet smelled like mildew. It shares a wall with the shower - not sure how you could avoid that. Finally, get rid of the pic of Big Kahuna splash park as “the pool”. I really was disappointed that there wasn’t a pool on the property and felt putting the……

“Great location to stay pool and grounds were clean at all times. Had security checking peoples band to make sure who was on the grounds witch was great. Unbelievable beach with great views. Looking forward to a return visit.”

“We had an overall enjoyable stay at the condo, especially thanks to its fantastic location. The space was comfortable and worked well for two couples. There were a few areas that could be improved. The kitchen was very understocked, and unfortunately neither ice maker was functioning during our stay, no tea pitchers, toaster did not work (host replaced toaster quickly). We also would have appreciated having extra blankets available. The game room had a noticeable odor, which might be helped……
