「This is a condo " colony". Registration gives you a map and and 6 digit code to open door to your unit. Resort is HUGE. Lot of effort to get around. We had 3 round-a-bouts just to exit resort. The restaurant wharf area impossible to get to. No parking! We were a lil overwhelmed. Grounds are nicely kept. Very family oriented, lots of kids riding golf carts. Not for us.」

「I don’t like the apartment at all. Everything is old and not clean, including the carpet and the furniture. Also, the only closet in the apartment is filled with the owner’s belongings, so I haven’t had anywhere to put my clothes. I’ve had to keep all of my belongings in my suitcase on the floor for my entire stay. In addition, the stove was not working properly—only one of the four burners worked, which made it very difficult to cook.」

「The location is excellent, though the building is old—a fact not shown in the photos. Additionally, the main photo features a swimming pool, but it does not belong to the house and is completely unrelated to the property. There are small wooden boats in the garage that we used and enjoyed. There is also a key card to open the gate to the sea, which is a five-minute walk away.」

「Our stay was fantastic!!! The owner, Tufan was an excellent host. He provide all the info and necessary items for our stay to be amazing. The description and photos were 100% accurate. Location is perfect! The private beach area guarantees a place to either rent a chair/umbrella (we did and highly recommend it) or bring your own beach chairs. We will revisiting Destin again in August and will choose this condo again. Thanks Tufan for making our vacation stress free and memorable.」

「Pictures look nothing like the actual home. Paid to stay 2 weeks. Got there and immediately noticed a horrible strong odor which was roach spray. 3 tvs however none of the remotes worked, when I ask the host if I needed to replace batteries, she responded with “yes, I will reimburse you, and if you don’t mind, could you bring in all the trash bins from the road” I replaced batteries which fixed the tv issue, however my husband and I couldn’t breathe for the smell of roach spray, both woke up...

「We had an overall enjoyable stay at the condo, especially thanks to its fantastic location. The space was comfortable and worked well for two couples. There were a few areas that could be improved. The kitchen was very understocked, and unfortunately neither ice maker was functioning during our stay, no tea pitchers, toaster did not work (host replaced toaster quickly). We also would have appreciated having extra blankets available. The game room had a noticeable odor, which might be helped...

「Overall, the property itself is very nice. The pool area was beautiful and clean. But our room itself was not. There were unsettling stains on the upholstery of the bed. And the pullout couch bed had urine stains on it. I had to go out and purchase an air mattress for my children to sleep. The living room rug was filth.
