"Great location right on the beach. The view from the balcony is great and it's far enough away from the pool so that you can't hear the when the kids are playing. You can tell it's been updated recently and it looks better than the pictures. In addition, the shower water pressure is AMAZING and the towels are super soft. It's on a nice part of the beach, a little busy but far enough away from the big spring break crowds that it's not crazy. Having access to the building's umbrella and chairs set...

"Spring break travelers made the place a pretty loud, lots of late night people in the hallways and we are right by the elevator. The beds are at the back near the parking lot and elevators. Condo is right above the pool so lots of noise from people and kids enjoying the pool. Loved having the beach chairs set up for us! What a treat, the sand is beautiful, saw dolphins from our balcony. Fun watching the surfers. Close enough to walk to the pier. Why no coffee filters and dish soap?"

"Location was great, I loved the walkway to get to the beach, and restaurants, shopping and the pier are close via the walkway. The place was super clean. My wishes would be a softer bed (all were harder, but bearable), enough warm water in the shower (ran out within 10 min all 3 days we were there), and maybe a list of things recommended to do in the area? Its always nice to hear what the host thinks is fun. We relied on Yelp, and weren't disappointed, but we had to look for specifics. Not sure...

"The unit was clean, great temperature, supplied well and decorated cute and beachy. 100% will stay again. And a quick word about the overall property location, Every morning a man diligently cleaned the pool, pool deck and hot tub. I later seen him cleaning the elevator area. He was polite as well. Also, every elevator had a quality hospital grade hand sanitizer that ALL of them worked and were stocked. These are seemingly normal, but it's something I've observed larger, more expensive resorts...
