「My husband and I had a wonderful 5 night stay in Pelican L01 bayside. End unit condo had lots of windows and was so easy to walk off the patio to enjoy the lazy river, pool and bay. It was close to the elevator to access the 3rd floor skybridge to cross to the beachside. We enjoyed the umbrella and chairs included during our stay. The condo and property were both beautiful and well maintained. Parking wad easy and always available close to the condo.Meredith was so kind and made everything so...

「My stay at this Nautilus condo was perfection! Comfortable beds, spacious enough for the entire family of 5, and the view is top tier. I enjoyed my coffee on the balcony each morning while viewing the beach and water. Communication was fantastic and their maintenance was able to quickly assist with a couple questions upon check-in. 「We checked in adound 1:30 am to find condo was not completely clean it had hair in both tubs, 1 bathroom sink, toothpaste on both sink facuets, dirty kitchen rug, carpet in bedroom was way over due to be cleaned, everything was dingy looking, dirty dishes put up. 「Overall the facility was nice. The Unit however was not the best that it could be. They recently remodeled the unit and left the unused trim laying out behind the couch, it stuck out far enough that it is in clear site. The shower curtains were both dirty. The beds were pretty comfortable. The outside furniture is very nice. The listing stated the tv in the master is a smart tv and it is not.The couch and recliners are nice.
