“Communication pre-trip and throughout with the host was excellent. The AC was excellent and easy to control. With all of the sand in the area, we were amazed at how clean the home was. The location had perfect access to the beach so close. The view of the Gulf from the deck is slight, but it is there! Restaurants, ice cream, and even an acai shop were within walking distance. Great stay!”

“Beautiful location but however, place needs little bit of Deep cleaning, it has smelled of unpleasantness. We didn’t expect that but of all it was pretty good stayed.”

“Very nice but very thin walls. Heard the neighbors every time they moved”

“Everything was as pictured . Excellent host!”

“I was in town for my nephews graduation and took my dog with me was perfect for her and I had the perfect dog park right up the street 2 mins drive if that and the beach was 10-15 mins in the other direction same stretch of road was very quiet and comfortable”

“Super clean, convenient and perfect for docking our boat and bringing our old beagle boy! All we needed for minimal time spent in the room, but was exactly as described and owner was quick to respond when I had questions. I would definitely recommend this place and we would likely try to stay here again. Thank you!”

“We had a fantastic stay here. Florida weather can be quite fickle, storming in the morning with perfect skies in the afternoon. Therefore, it’s crucial to get a place on the beach. This condo is in a great location. The host provided all the information we needed to have a comfortable stay, although he was little harder to get in touch with after we checked in. The host also provided thoughtful snacks, beach toys, and a binder with local info. The property was tidy. We would happily stay here……

“The host was so very kind and helpful. Perfect place for a couples getaway, or for a small family! Easy beach access, literally only steps away. We loved how we the home was away from the crowds, but still in between the cities with things to do! Highly recommend!”

“Great location, near the beach, cute place and very clean.”

“Amanda was a great hostess. The location is close to Destin, Pensacola and all points in between. The condo is decorated very cute and the bed is comfortable. Close to great restaurants and beach accass. We had a great time and would definitely be back.”

“ Wonderful stay with a beautiful view!We had a wonderful experience at this condo and would absolutely stay here again. The condo was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essential items we needed for a comfortable stay. The view of the lazy river was absolutely beautiful and made mornings and evenings especially relaxing.Even though the condo is located on the bay, getting to the beach was incredibly easy thanks to the convenient skywalk access. It gave us the best of both……

“Very easy to get to the beach! The host was awesome and extremely responsive considering the area had been hit with a hurricane upon us arriving. We were kept up to date with what was going on and had a great stay! Would definitely stay again”

“There was no dishwasher soap or laundry soap, a small deal but at the last minute before checking out and wanting to start the dishwasher it was a quick trip to get Cascade. The condo is wonderful overall, so convenient and just what we all wanted.”

“We stayed for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. Shelly was very responsive, friendly, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. The condo was exceptionally clean, organized, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo again and highly recommend it to others!”

“Overall, it was a clean place with a good view. The toilet was leaking but we just dealt with it since we were only there a couple of days. There was an issue with a loud neighbor that was made worse by the shared door that basically lets you hear everything next door. We had to bang on the outside front door at 12:30am to tell them to quiet down which they did around 1am. The shared door between the rooms means you may end up with a tough time going to sleep.”

“The bed was very comfortable and the short walk to the beach were wonderful!”

“Beds were hard, remote didn’t work half the time for tv, traffic noise was so loud it was hard to sleep. We left after first night and given a hard time about a refund. Customer service was very rude.”
