“At a convenient location inbetween the New Chitose Airport and the Premium Mitsui Outlet (for those who drive). Friendly staff. The room is spotless clean. Very comfortable bedding. Good shower. “The hotel is incredibly spacious, providing a comfortable environment to relax after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was its convenient location; I could easily drive to various restaurants and a game center within just 10 minutes, making it perfect for a fun getaway. I was also impressed by the hotel's use of technology. They provided iPads for guests to contact staff, which streamlined the check-in process and made self-checkout a breeze.”

“我們到棒球場後找入口找了很久，特別是晚上更難找，花了快一小時才知道怎麽進飯店。建議飯店在旅客入住前提供交通指南。另一個不方便，是車子無法開到門口放下行李，必需從停車場爬一個長坡才能入住”

“The owners Miku-san and Kota-San did a fantastic job building and furnishing the glamping villas. Truly a luxurious experience and fully decked out with unique one of a kind furniture pieces from travels. The staff is very considerate and kind they made the experience very enjoyable and wholesome. “飯店內部太讚了！房間裝潢時尚設計，還附烘鞋機，真的非常貼心；一樓還有免費咖啡機，包含拿鐵。飯店人員也都很親切，英文很好，整個入住到退房的過程都很順利。唯獨地理位置比較偏僻，附近走路可及只有便利商店。但以這個價位來說，真的是無可挑剔了。”

“酒店位置方便！鄰近JR 站！房間本以為很小，沒想到30吋箱子也能順利打開。我們自駕遊，酒店有提供免費泊車。早餐選擇多。日式料理為主，美味可口。大堂有self help bar ，咖啡可以無限添飲，可以裝到自己瓶子或用酒店提供的外帶杯子。大浴池是室內，雖然有窗戶，但貼了磨砂貼紙，無法望到出面，可能因為酒店與其他樓宇相近的關係，但睡前能泡個澡也是令人身心減壓不少！ ”

“家族５人で５泊しましたが、滞在中はとても快適でした。コンビニも徒歩１分くらいにあり、繁華街も近いので、外食も不自由しませんでした。ただ、チェックインの時のモニター端末の音量が小さく、係の人の声がほとんど聞こえない感じになってました。また、２つの端末のうち、1つは壊れていて、使用不能のため、かなり時間を要してストレスでした。エアコンの一つがほぼ送風のみで１６度に設定しても冷えませんでした。直したほうがいいと思います。”
