"Our stay at Oleo Cancun Playa was wonderful. It’s a small hotel, but it has everything you need to truly relax and disconnect. The food was delicious, and as a pregnant guest, I really appreciated that they offered non-alcoholic beer and sparkling wine — such a thoughtful touch that made me feel included and cared for.
The service was exceptional from beginning to end. Francisco, in the beach and pool service area, was absolutely amazing — always attentive and kind, making sure we were comfortable at all times. Erendida was always warm, friendly, and checking in to make sure everything was going well during our stay. And Josefina, at the spa, was simply wonderful: always smiling and giving incredible massages perfectly adapted to my prenatal stage.
I would definitely stay here again. I truly felt cared for, attended to, and comfortable, especially during such a special moment in my pregnancy."
