“Excellent, well-appointed onsen. Not fancy “western spa” but a great opportunity to experience a rural onsen in a small mountain town. Very helpful staff. Beautiful rooms. Couldn’t be better.”

“Fantastic stay. Lovely beds. Dry sauna and onsen were wonderful. Everything was great.”

“The price is reasonable. Overall experience is ok. Free parking is available. The cats there are cute. Amenities are quite good as well. The Internet TV did not work, but the staff cannot anything with it. It’s not a big deal though. Meal time is quite limited. The hotel facilities are quite wore out, but it’s a 100 year plus premises.”

“The house was prefect! The view from the house is magnificent! Check-in went smoothly. Host is helpful. I asked many questions before arrival to the house. Location is great for us, nice and quiet, but not too far from supermarket and tourist attractions (less than 5mins drive to Yunotsubo Street) . The place is clean and facilities are fully equipped. One downside - we thought we could bbq because there is an outdoor bbq place but actually it’s prohibited. My kids loved the house, so we will……

“Good”

“Wonderful experience! The onsen was the perfect way to unwind, and the staff were wonderfully attentive. Although the cloudy weather meant we couldn't see the stars, the night tour was still an absolute blast. Looking forward to returning very soon for round two!”
