3-family house "Maras". In the district of Diklo 6 km from the centre of Zadar, in a sunny, elevated position, 10 m from the sea, 10 m from the beach, in a pedestrian area. For shared use: barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 7.6 km, pebble beach 2.5 km, public bathing area 2.5 km, concrete beach 10 m. Tennis, sports centre 200 m.
3-room apartment 50 m2, on the lower ground floor, south-west facing position. Living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, freezer). No heating option. Terrace 20 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture. View of the sea. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (fenced).

Die Lage ist perfekt und es ist sehr sauber. Die Stadt ist auch sehr nah genauso wie Geschäfte. Eventuell könnte man die Wohnung mit besseren Kissen ausstatten und man sollte auf jeden Fall Mückenspray mitnehmen.
