「We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Palazzo Bellini in Catania. We booked this B&B because of its excellent reviews, so we were genuinely surprised that our experience was so different. There was no one at the property when we arrived. Instead, all of the check-in instructions were sent via WhatsApp. While this worked, it felt very impersonal for a bed and breakfast. The room was not clean. The bedsheets had hairs and stains, the towels were stained, had a blue/green tinge, and...
