Villa Zafferana is an old rural farmhouse which has recently been restored and converted into a fabulous private residence. Renovated using eco-friendly materials, they still retain their character and original architectural features. Combining modern features with traditional elements, these stylish interiors include, on the ground floor of the manor house, a living area with lounge, dining room, kitchen and guest bathroom. On the first floor are three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and on the lower floor, in the former wine press room, is the wellness area.
The two annexes house respectively a suite with double bed in the loft (Casetta) and a double bedroom (Dependance), both with en-suite bathrooms. The outdoor area also includes a kitchen with dining area and a small football pitch. The villa is equipped with gym room, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, heating and fireplace.
