We booked a double room We receive a double room but in the roof level which means the ceiling was very low and although I’m only 170 cm we knocked up our head many times and had to remember to walk and bend - it was terrible. I asked another room but they were full and we had to suffer our entire stay. There was no cleaning and change of towels for the entire stay. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. The gym which was very important to us to work out daily was ok but some of the aerobics machines were very old and not working at all.

Such a great place to stay in Zakopane! Truly excellent care by the staff and a stellar breakfast. The rooms are generously sized with great balconies. The only improvement I can think of would be the ability to stream Netflix and a more comfy couch!

Great location for walking to many parts of Zakopane. The Hotel is off in a wooded, quiet location, by the river. Get the breakfast option, the food is great, plus you can get breakfast and be on your way to explore. We missed the entrance to the hotel complex several time because the arrow pointing to the hotel was covered by overgrown bushes, but other then that it was one of the best lodging on our trip. The hotel staff was the best, very friendly and welcoming!

We have stayed at the Bellamonte a few times now and cannot fault anything at all. The apartments are a good size with balconies , the breakfast offers a varied menu and the staff are of the highest calibre . Add in free parking and only being a 10 minute walk from the bottom of the high street and main shopping area. We thoroughly recommend.
