Beautiful accommodation in a top beach location

Beautiful accommodation with a beautiful location and parking facilities. The roof heats up quickly. Clean beautiful furnished apartment with good equipment. Would rent it again.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie sieht genauso aus, wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist perfekt und man braucht nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Küchenutensilien könnte mal erneuert werden. Ansonsten war alles super.

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Die Wohnung selbst ist abgewohnt und ziemlich klein. Eine richtige Küche ist nicht vorhanden. Zum Entspannen lädt die Wohnung nicht ein.Sicherlich kann dies die Nähe zum Meer entschädigen, wenn das Wetter mit spielt.

Gut mit Mängeln

Zu wenig Geschirr für 5 Personen- z.B. fehlten Tassen, von den Messern gingen die Griffe ab - eine Kaffeefiltermaschine für eine größere Personenzahl wäre angemessen Abfluss am Badezimmerwaschbecken scheint verstopft zu sein

gemütliches Apartment

Alles bestens, bis auf die sanitären Anlagen. die Armaturen sind stark verkalkt und schwer einstellbar. Der Abfluss im Waschbecken ist verstopft, wir mussten die Küchenspüle benutzen. Trotzdem empfehlenswert.

Ganz ok

Der Balkon ist stark Absturzgefähredet, das Geländer links ist weggebrochen. An der Infotafel der Eingangstüre hängen mehrere Haare an den Reisnägeln. Der Ablauf des Waschbeckens im Bad war verstopft, wir mussten ihn selbst reinigen. In der Wohnung Lagen mehrere Schrauben auf dem Boden ( vermutlich von Stühlen) Klebriger Esstisch, anderer Tisch als im Inserat. Die Lage ist gut, die Nachbarn beobachten einen und machen Bilder die Sie der Agentur bei Nichtgefallen des Verhaltens senden. Trotz normalen Verhaltens (Lautstärke etc.) Bitte Hausordnung/ Verbotshinweise am Haus auch online sichtbar machen, man weis nicht was man bucht.

bezoek villa zuid 4 Zandvoort

positief is de locatie, perfect gelegen, dicht bij strand en centrum wij waren met 3 en later 2 personen en dan is het appartement en faciliteiten voldoende. met 4 personen zijn de faciliteiten wat krap. boven is voldoende ruimte om te slapen (4 bedden), er is maar 1 balkonstoel (1 is kapot, is gemeld), er is een minimale braadpan waar eigenlijk maar 1 stuk vlees in past. nu zijn we bijna elke avond uit eten geweest, die ene keer dat we gekookt hebben bleek dit wat karig, zet er gewoon een grotere pan neer. de tafel op balkon is gedateerd, hij staat, je kunt er wat op zetten, lijkt nooit vervangen. voor 25 € heb je een andere en nieuwere. de kast waar de safe in staat wil niet op slot. bij de safe zit geen handleiding, geen idee hoe deze werkt. Waardevolle spullen kun je dus beter niet achterlaten. het zijn overwegend wat kleinere dingen, waardoor ik wel een voldoende geef (een 6); maar met een geringe investering is alles opgelost en scoor je beter.

Cute flat in great neighbourhood close to the beach

Cute flat with everything you need. The location was marvellous (next to the Beach) and the interior tasteful. Check-in was smooth and communication before the stay very clear and friendly. 4 stars only because there was still some trash in the flat from previous guests, microwave was really smelly and there was too little cutlery for 4 people.

Prima locatie voor kort verblijf

Leuk appartement, maar niet geschikt indien je slecht ter been bent ivm zeer lastige trappen. Keukeninrichting zeer summier, weinig pannen, weinig bestek (lepels zelfs maar 2). Kookplaat duurt een eeuwigheid voordat deze warm is en echt koken lukt ook niet met 2 kookplaten en 1 pan om te bakken en 2 om in te koken. Verder vonden wij de wasbak (wc wasbakje) in de douche in niet heel fijn. Verder is er wel een combi magnetron aanwezig, maar deze staat onderin keukenkastje en je moet echt op je knieen om deze te bedienen. Het klinkt nu alsof ons verblijf niet fijn was, maar de was het zeker wel. Veel ruimte, fijn 2 persoons bed, perfecte ligging.

Het appartement heeft een toplocatie en parkeren is ideaal. De keuken is goed uitgerust en de bedden slapen goed. De douche is echter te warm en kan helaas niet kouder gezet worden. Het appartement is echt een aanrader!

Little and nice appartment near to the sea

Very nice and comfortable appartment. Especially the upstairs sitting room was very cool and big for a little apartment. One star - because for 4 people is'nt enough tableware. Espacially plates. Also the balcony is very cool to enjoy first sunlight with coffee in the morning.
