“We’re just sorry we arrived late and had to check out early for wine tastings in the morning. A thoughtful modern renovation of an old stone farmhouse set in a tranquil village overlooking vineyards. Our breakfast of fresh juice and fruits, cheese and a selection of salmon and cured meats was prepared by a very charming local woman. When I return to the region, I will definitely include this special small hôtel on my itinerary. ”

“Hotel Pura Vida was a beautiful hotel nestled into a beautiful village in the middle of La Rioja. The staff were super friendly and lovely towards our 7 month old son. There is a garden out the back with lovely dappled sunlight and views over the village.
We would definitely stay here again, if we ever return to the area.

“Our room at Hospedería de los Parajes was very comfortable, quiet and spacious. The staff here are all very nice, and our meals at Restaurante Los Parajes were exceptional.
My wife and I had the extensive breakfast buffet each morning, and we also enjoyed two of our dinners while we were in La Guardia. Kudos to the chef for the wonderful and creative gourmet offerings on the menu.

“Haro was one of our favorite places we visited in Spain. Fun little town with lots of energy. Great restaurants all within walking distance from the hotel. Victor was very helpful and made us dinner reservations - at great restaurants too! Room and bathroom were VERY comfortable. Best bed and pillows I have ever slept on. Great shower too!
There are two negatives I will share, but they would NOT keep me from staying here. I would come back in a minute!
