"The staff were extremely welcoming and there was a really nice atmosphere. Cozy hour between 5pm and 6pm was a real bonus, offering a free alcoholic or non alcoholic drink. The location was ideal as we could walk everywhere as it was right in the city."

"The staff were super friendly, the hotel was beautiful and the breakfast was great. My only complaint was my room was very hot. I appreciate it was cold outside, but even with the window open + turning the heating down, I struggled to sleep at night and the hotel did not have cooler duvets. "

"I had a good experices in this hotel. The guy at reception was really helpful and good service-mind. Nice location and reasional prices. If I have a chance to go back to Copenhagen I'd love to stay in this hotel again."

"This is a fab hotel. From the room we were allocated on the 6th floor to the service and friendliness of staff The bed was really good and the room had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. We booked an executive room which gave us access to the executive lounge with complimentary tea and coffee during the day and wine and beer in the evening. The buffet breakfast was one of the best we had on a while and I would def recommend this hotel it was really well located next to an Ikea and a massive shopping centre. Walking into town and sight seeing was really good as well "

"Lovely room, staff were helpful & I always found them to be very pleasant - approx 15min walk into centre. Train station approx 5min walk. Truly idyllic location. I would not hesitate to stay here again & highly recommend."
