The only downside was the noise from the room above. Every late night and early morning, I could clearly hear footsteps overhead, and even the ceiling light fixture in my room would rattle with a metallic or glass-clinking sound. It was quite unsettling and affected my rest. If the sound insulation between floors could be improved, it would...

「Staff are professional and warm. Rooms are clean with enough space. Shuttle service to Schiphol plaza is convenient.」

「Free hotel shuttle service between airport and hotel is good for transit travellers who don’t want to bother public transportation. It will be better if the hotel shuttle is bigger in size. 」

「I feel compelled to leave a negative review due to the unsafe facilities and poor service during my stay. • Unsafe Bathroom Lighting System The bathroom motion-sensor lights kept switching off during my shower, twice within the first five minutes, and then increasingly faster. I had to step out and make large movements to turn them back on. With water flooding the bathroom floor, this created a serious slipping hazard, especially for elderly guests. • Poor Housekeeping Housekeeping made the...
