1. The property is located up steep hill which is not mentioned in the listing. 2. Basics which every home rental has were not available or provided. They don’t even provide soap? Imagine arriving late after a long flight and being unable to take normal shower. We needed to wait until the next day, sweaty in bed in order to go to town and buy soap. 4. Apart from soap, no paper towel was provided. 3. They knew the booking was done from USA but were sending communications in German. Had to call 3 different numbers in order to get instructions in English. 4. They don’t provide address of the property in the listing. It just reads the “Center of Zermatt” ? I sent they mail asking for real instruction but they didn’t respond. Had to call VRBO to get them to send real instruction in English, they even gave VRBO an attitude 5. There are practically no pillows in this home. If you are used to sleeping on two pillows- good luck. I had to take a tiny decoration pillow from the couch because we only had 2 pillows total.

Preis/Leistung lässt zu wünschen übrig

Wir waren über Sylvester in der Wohnung. Hauptheizung hat nur ca. 10% Leistung erbracht, entsprechend war die Wohnung sehr kühl. Das WC Papier hatte nur 1/3 Papier auf einer angefangen Rolle! Sonst waren keine aufzufinden! Mussten zuerst mal in die Migros einkaufen. Wir haben ca780.- bezahlt für 3 Nächte. Da kann man mehr erwarten! Auch kostenpflichtige Entsorgungssäcke hatte es nur einen. Nicht das wir mehr gebraucht hätten oder haben, aber bei diesem Preis sehr kleinlich. Ein UKW Radio hat es!

good for a very short stay

this very small apartment is good for a short stay. it was clean and tidy. very comfortable couches with a well equipped kitchen. the balcony is level with the entrance so you have a lot of people walking past it. the price is a bit steep for the type of apartment but on the whole it was a lovely stay.

Gute Ferienwohnung mit ausgezeichneter Ausstattung. Wenn die Wandbetten hochgeklappt sind ist sehr viel Platz vorhanden. Werden die Betten heruntergeklappt ein bisschen weniger Platz.
