We stayed here for 3 nights. Very nice, stylish hotel. We didn’t use any of the spa facilities, but they sounded great. We had a nice view of the Matterhorn from our room. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the train station, but they will come to pick you up. Would definitely stay again!

Where to begin! Amazing property and staff. Nacho and one of the blond front desk staff (she was there yesterday afternoon and this morning) were unbelievably kind, professional and helpful. The spa and restaurant are 1st class. Get the half board to enjoy 5 course dinner at a very fair price!

We have been to different places and different hotels but this hotel really touched us! From the pickup at the station to our last breakfast, the service provided was just amazing. Our stay at this hotel was quite pleasant. The room, while not spacious enough for two adults and two kids, could have accommodated more comfortably. However, the property itself was lovely, with beautiful views from the room balcony. The breakfast spread was also impressive, offering a wide variety of options, especially for vegetarians

The best hotel in Zermatt. The staff were so hospitable and friendly, the facilities were well-maintained and clean (we especially loved the wellness facilities) and enjoyed a Matterhorn view from our room. Loved every bit of our stay.

The hotel is absolutely spectacular. The location is perfect, the rooms are very comfortable, the spa is well-equipped, the breakfast has absolutely everything, and the shuttle service is punctual. The only drawback is that the concierge doesn't handle restaurant reservations.
