Best in town

Cervo has put thought into every detail, from checking in to all the room design choices. The breakfast buffet is lovely and includes hot breakfasts, Bazaar has great food for dinner too. The spa was so relaxing, loved looking at the Matterhorn from the hot infinity pool. It feels remote enough on the hill, but is easy to get to with the elevator from the funicular station.

Everything was perfect during our 2 night stay from Nov 7-9. We went during low season and got upgraded, so we got a balcony with Matterhorn views and a mini bar with a fridge, plates, eating utensils, glasses, kettle and a Nespresso machine…came in handy since only one restaurant was open during our stay. The spa was so relaxing, the Onsen can get crowded but we just waited for our turn and sometimes we had it to ourselves, the yurts were adorable, love their tea, bathrobes, and slippers. There’s also a sauna, which we didn’t use but many others did. Breakfast menu had many options and so cozy with fireplace and views of the Matterhorn. The honest bar is self serve/self pay, and we did buy beer, but they also have snacks, other beverages and ice cream. All of their staff is so welcoming, friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to go back! NOTE: It’s only an 7-10 min walk from the train station to the Sunnegga Funicular, where you can take an elevator up to their check in so if you don’t have a lot of luggage contact them for an entry code to use their elevator. Or you can arrange for pick up (20chf).

Our stay at this hotel was very satisfying. Its location is excellent — just a 15-minute walk to the Zermatt Matterhorn Viewpoint, which was perfect for my early morning photo shoots of the Matterhorn. The breakfast was outstanding, with a high standard of food and an amazing view. The staff were very helpful and recommended great sightseeing spots for us to explore. Highly recommended.
It’s about a 15-minute walk to one of the best photo spots of the Matterhorn — those who know what I’m talking about will truly appreciate this location.

Amazing! The best hotel in Zermatt.

Cervo Hotel is unique! I would recommend for everyone going to Zermatt. Probably the best hotel atmosphere i've been to! Also my wife and I loved the Bazaar restaurant, you wont regret!

I will actually be back in a month!

Really fun solo trip for my birthday. Everyone was kind, funny and professional. The food was amazing and the spa fabulous. One of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had and included! Only a slight disappointment the Onsen was closed for maintenance.
