「Staff helpful and friendly」

「Never return money, bad customer service」

「Great hotel」

「Una ubicación privilegiada」

「Excellent place to stay when visiting this part of Bogota. Super comfortable beds. Beautiful bathroom and location. The sauna was not working.」

「Problems at checkin because their system didn’t reflect the reservation. Expedia stepped in and the issue was solved. The hotel condition is excellent, the only downside is the noise from the highway, the window isolation is not the best」

「Excelente lugar hermoso tranquilo y limpio」

「This was worth the money to have separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The airflow was great also. The room was clean and comfortable just a block from a main road with restaurants, grocery's, and other shopping.I would 100 percent stay here again. The only thing I wasn't prepared for was mosquito's I would probably recommend some sceens for the windows as I prefer a cold room to sleep in so like to leave the windows open. When there is no air conditioning available.」

「Es un hotel que si se presenta algún inconveniente están dispuestos a apoyarte de manera inmediata y con actitud de servicio. En la recepción en el horario de tarde, Camilo, siempre presentó una gran amabilidad y disponibilidad.」
