「The bathrooms are a little small and the tubs had some rust in them . Other than that everything else was fine . 」

「It is being renovated so the outside is a little rough still but the inside and rooms are gorgeous. It’s going to be perfect when it’s all said snd done. Location is great snd walkable to Gruene Hall. 」

「The room was great, especially for the price. No issues or noisy neighbors. Definitely would go back if we found ourselves in this area again.」

「It said there would be a continental breakfast, and there was just one type of cereal out, nothing more. Beds and pillows were comfortable though. 」

「The staff was friendly and helpful! Next to the freeway with construction made some rooms noisy. Some of the pots and pans were worn and could use replacements. The shower curtains could be longer to keep the shower water in the tub. The pullout bed was slightly better than sleeping on the floor. Overall, good. Would stay there again.」

「Was a great weekend, had all we needed and the fire pit and back porch were awesome! 」

「It is pretty far out and the cabin we got was right across from an old travel trailer. Not great surroundings like I thought and had quite an odor. All in all though it was a good deal for the price and a safe place to stay. You just have to drive a bit to get to anything. 」

「I reserved this for my daughter who needed a quiet break for a week. She was very happy with everything and enjoyed her stay. She walked around the area and the water and was quite comfortable. Great! Easy check in, no problems at all.」

「When we arrived in the area we drove right passed the entrance for a few miles. Putting the street address in gmaps didnt quite work, probably operater error. Ended up using the spud ranch close by to get closer to the property and it was easier using that as a reference point any other time. Traffic in area gets super heavy kinda early in the day so walking to nearby places is definitely recommended.」

「This was a perfect getaway location. Great location, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen to make breakfast and lunch. Nice owners who always responded promptly to any of our questions. We really appreciated the 1 hour early check-in so we could watch the football game starting at 2:30!」

「Not sure how they had a 10 rating from expedia. Expedia needs to check ratings. Maybe a 3 1/2 at most. 」
