Sehr schöne Anlage schöne Häuser.Es gab kleinere Mängel( Eine Schlafzimmertür hängt etwas, die Stühle am Esstisch dind etwas durch gesessen).Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten alles im allem dind wir sehr zufrieden!!

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, auch die Lage, es war gemütlich und schön eingerichtet, allerdings gab es einiges zu bemängelt. Am schlimmsten war die Verwalterin. So jemand unfreundliches hat man selten. Immer nur Kontakt am Telefon, ging sofort zum "du" über, hat jedes Mal deutlich erwähnt das Hauptsaison ist und sie keine Zeit habe. Somit gab es keine Übergabe vor Ort am Anreisetag. Als wir ihr telefonisch mitteilen wollten was alles defekt ist wurde sie unfreundlich da sie es genau wüsste. Dnn frage ich mich z.B. warum seit Monaten kein neuer Handtuchhalter angebracht wurde. Oben im Bad gibt es ganze 2 Haken für Handtücher, nicht mal in der Nähe des Waschbeckens. Außerdem ist das Treppengitter kaputt, sehr ärgerlich und gefährlich mit kleinem Kind, da man es nicht schließen kann. Der Kinderstuhl war sehr klebrig und ekelig, so dass man ihn nicht wirklich verwenden wollte. Sauger funktioniert auch nicht vernünftig. Also alles in allem ein schönes Haus wenn man ein paar Dinge erneuert und besonders die Verwalterin austauscht. Wir waren zu jeder Zeit freundlich im Gegensatz zu ihr.

Es gab einiges zu bemängeln. Bettwäsche war ungebügelt. Für 17 Tage nur eine Hand- und Duschhangtuch

Safe funktionierte nicht.Große Messer alle stumpf, könnten mit diesen Messer z.Bsp. kein Brot schneiden. Liegesessel im Garten sehr alt, keine Auflagen. Es gab keine Liege für den Garten. Sets für den Tisch waren gut, außdem eine Ablage in der Dusche. Handtuchhalter im OG defekt.Das Haus ist hübsch, trotzdem werden wir es nicht mehr buchen.200 für Endreinigung bezahlt. Von der Verwalterin wurde verlangt, Betten abziehen, Staubsaugen und auch sonst alles reinigen. Müll entsorgen, Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank ausräumen ist für uns selbstverständlich.Mit freundlichen Grüßen Monika Blocher

Sehr angenehm. Ein paar Dinge die stören. Wäre das nicht so, wär ich kein Mensch. Einige Dinge wurden von Mietern leider auch verunstaltet. Scharfe Messer bleiben scharf. Es sei denn ich packe sie im die Spülmaschine oder schneide damit auf Porzellan.(erkennbar).Das Haus ist sehr durchdacht geplant, liebevoll umgesetzt und gebaut worden. Ein fettes Lob den Bauherren! Wohlfühlen ist eingeplant.

Schöner Familienurlaub

Alles wie beschrieben, sauber ruhige Lage und nicht weit zu den Kaiserbädern. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen

Es war wirklich sehr schön. Ich war sehr überrascht über die zusätzliche Ausstattung des Hauses z.B. Spiele, Babyphone, Spielzeug usw. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder

Wir haben den Jahreswechsel in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Alles war perfekt, das Haus sehr sauber, warm und genau wie beschrieben. Alles bestens.
