“Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I recently stayed at Dom Oliwski in Oliwa, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. For a room booked for three people, the tea and coffee facilities were shockingly limited: just three tea bags, no coffee, no sugar, no milk – and not even any cups. When I asked at reception, the receptionist bluntly told me that they simply don’t provide any of those things, with no apology or offer of assistance. The shower is positioned so low that……

“Great location … however the apartment itself was not what we expected. Don’t even know where to begin . Pull out couch was covered with some questionable stains and smelled. Kitchen cabinets were dirty, fridge had some old ice pack in, looks like it was left behind. There was a sweatshirt left in the closet. Bathroom had no hand soap and mold in the shower Towels looked like they saw better days… oven was filthy. Had to rewash all the dishes before we used them for breakfast… when we pulled……

“Pictures did not match the apartment. Communication with the host was extremely difficult, they did not reply to any of my messages, I had to call several times to ask about the instructions to enter the apartment, which I have received onæy 19 minutes before check in time. I still have not received money back for the deposit, it has been 16 days now. I have contacted the host about the matter, without any response. I do not recommend booking with this host ”

“We made a reservation for four. But the towels were for two people and we asked for more, but we were rejected. The most amazing thing was that the towels used by customers who had visited before were left in the laundry basket. It was so bad. There was a washing machine, but no laundry detergent, and the bed was so uncomfortable that no one could sleep in bed.”

“Awesome hotel, awesome location 5 minute walk to main train station, 30 seconds away from Monte Cassino. Clean, great staff.”
