“It was a very pleasant experience ”

“Beds were comfortable. Rooms somewhat smaller but clean and not a big deal overall as we only stayed 2 nights. Front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. The water dispenser in the lobby was empty and the lady said we’d have to get water elsewhere. Not sure why they don’t have someone replace it for customers. Was empty for the full days we were there but did see someone using it when we arrived so they got the last of the spring water. At breakfast the attendant said the waffle batter……

“Parking was very easy ... outside your door! The owners are very well known and liked. If you want somewhere quiet and clean, this motel is excellent. Not in the hustle, bustle of downtown. Near a great market and within a good distance of the mall, restaurants, Walmart, etc. ”

“Es war okay , ist aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Empfang war nett und immer erreichbar. Die Klimaanlage/ Heizung ist leider relativ laut . Parkplatz kein Problem , reichlich vorhandenen.”

“The gentleman who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. I locked myself out and he came to my rescue even though the office closed at 10. The room had been renovated and was very clean. I will definitely stay again the next time I’m in Stratford! Thank you!”

“Im a regular costumer of this hotel. Can’t remember any bad experience with them. I’m a returning costumer in the past 8 years. They have the trust , and love of my family and my team . Just love this place, you can tell they work hard to maintain this place at high levels.”

“Cleaning isn’t hard, place is out dated but that would be fine, no continental breakfast and I feel that they are now appealing to long term tenants. No staff waiting to serve, yoh have to call them in their apartment, where the place smells like whatever they are cooking. Again elbow grease and cleaning are not hard to do. Didn’t expect much for the price just a clean place.”

“The hosts were amazing. They were attentive to our needs. The spaces were well maintained and clean. The hot tub was also well maintained. The breakfast was amazing and personalized to our dietary needs.”

“It was a nice quiet place to stay. The furniture is not new, but things were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful. AC unit worked and was quiet, but particles of dirt(?) came out of it— maybe the first time it had been used this season? Would be fine with staying there again. Tea/coffee and cookies available—a cute touch!”
