「The good: staff was very friendly and kind and the reserve has a beautiful view over the valley below. They went out of there way to be helpful. The game vehicles were comfortable and we appreciated having a storage locker between the seats. Anzel was super kind and really tried hard. 「This is an ultimate holiday. The lodge is extremely spacious, spotlessly clean and an absolute eye candy !! Food is of high quality and very well presented. Staff are amazing. 「The place looked good when we arrived but took a fall from grace when we went to dinner, steak was on the menu but all three of us could not even cut it with a steak knife and the amount of people sending the steak back agreed with us it really put us off and the breakfast was not much better when we told the staff they were not interested overall disappointed」
