"we arrived at 8am and get an early check-in. Room not big but nice tidy and cozy. Location is great with access to everywhere in downtown. Definitely gonna re-visit next time."

"Beautiful hotel. We had a lake view room which was fabulous. Lots of space, and a little balcony. I read some negative reviews about the air conditioning, but the temperature was perfect for us (in May). Great breakfast. The only downside was the coffee wasn't great, but we are coffee snobs!!"

"The facilities management of this hotel need to be changed. Last time I have a blocked drainage at shower place, and my daughter have to stand with the firty water untiil I cleaned the drainage myself and it is full of hair of previous guests. This time, the hotel gave me a room with broken shower ..."
