"Nice resort, clean environment."

"엄청 지저분 합니다. 참고 사진 찍어 놨어요 선풍기는 10년 세척하지 않은듯 합니다. 집도 그렇고 암튼 엄덩 더러워요"

"We were 3 of only 5 people in the hotel so services were at a bare minimum, which sucked for us. The place looked fresh and new, which is hard to do as things age quickly in Vietnams climate. The room was delightful and comfortable. The bathroom was a wet room and well laid out. Don't sit on the side of the bath as it's held down and tipped up me which took a bit a work to rectify. Breakfast 1was terrible, with no menu to choose from it was just prepared and here's something to eat. Breakfast 2...

"This hotel likely had not been stayed at in at least a year. The owner was also not aware we were coming after we had made the Expedia booking. He was very kind and made it work, but this hotel, as well as the entire neighborhood around it, is completely run down and looks as if the town was shut down a decade ago. All the surrounding buildings are overgrown by the jungle, boats are half sunk into the lake, no restaurants open except two a long walk away and it appears it's only for locals and...

"호텔스닷컴 예약을 했지만,입장부터 차별대우 받고 20분을 넘게 확인을 해야했다. 방은 콤팡이 냄새와 청결하지 못한 컨디션.. 본관수영장을 가기위해 이동용 차량을 불렸지만 서비스가 어렵다는 회신.. 직영운영이라는 말 만 믿었는데.. 절대 다시는 가지않을거고,호텔스닷컴 또한 이용하지 않을겁니다."

"Very accommodating, delicious food, kind staff, clean room, would stay again."

"We had a short, transitory stay at Success Hotel, and it was exactly what we needed. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, especially considering the very reasonable price. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were so helpful and went out of their way to seamlessly arrange a taxi for us to Hanoi Airport for our next destination. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, cleanliness, and value in Hanoi!"

"I thought this hotel would be a lot larger but it’s a small family run place. It’s close to the airport and cost less than 100k vnd for a Grab from the airport and provides a free shuttle when going to the airport. It’s also amazingly quiet for being right on a busy road. The breakfast was just ok. The owners are friendly and helpful and they recommended a basic Pho restaurant two doors down the street which was also good. We plan to stay here again when we are flying in late from Cambodia."

"Great location, thoughtful staff and wonderful amenities. A really nice place to spend time. Located near many nice Tay Ho spots."

"The location is very convenient; it's easy to get anywhere."

"It's a great boutique hotel in the lively Old Quarter of Hanoi. As good as the hotel is, it's the staff that make the hotel and a stay exceptional. From the management to reception and restaurants, the staff are amazing 👏."
