「We had a very nice room at a reasonable price. It was close enough to downtown Chatham to be convenient, but far enough that there weren't traffic problems. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most importantly, our room was spotless! It even smelled clean. Would definitely stay there again.」

「Spa suite was awesome after we were changed from 603 (that had a generator outside the wall of the bedroom) to 604 (that had a serene view of the Zen garden), food was delicious but expensive, and staff was courteous. We were there off season, everything closed in the area, so nothing to do outside the hotel. 」

「This place is great. Outside is Cape Cod worn but inside is extremely clean. Cleaner than some upscale i’ve stayed at. Front desk staff were awesome. Both shifts. Rooms and inside area were very clean. Continental Breakfast was great. All day coffee was a nice feature. Walking distance to ferry’s and downtown. Thank you Mary and Sandi. You guys were awesome!」

「We only stayed for 2 quick nights, but the property is lovely and impeccably maintained. The fact that the owner, Phil, is onsite and shares his personal cell phone is great. They also share a different text line for any needs that arise during your stay. We were able to get to various parts of the Cape for meals etc very easily. The pool was closed as it was off season, but they have a great area with a fire pit and several Adirondack chairs that was a nice bonus. Would certainly return to this...

「Pros: Room was clean and staff was very welcoming. Cons: Manager was not accommodating at all. Communication about the trip was poor. If you want to get real info from this place, you must dig and find their local number or you will not get correct info and the manager will not approve any credits for downgrades due to incorrect info. The place is dated with some remodels. In our room, bathroom was updated but the door veneer was peeling off. The door frame of our main door was broken so...
