The coin-operated self-serviced laundromat on the floor was an added pleasant surprise. If there is an need in the future for a hotel room in the surrounding area, this hotel will be my priority choice.」

The only problem was the phone didn’t work so I couldn’t call the front desk. The TV didn’t work so that’s why I had to use the phone. I want a refund. 「Hottub broken, no battery in remote, toilet paper holder fell off wall. My brothers room stunk, sisters room had no tv remote, breakfast was not refilled. Only motel in town, so what are ya gonna do.」

「Did not like the parking lot. The hallways to the rooms were very narrow. If you let the room door close on its own it’s very loud. They had a power outage from 11 PM till 4 AM. I did not sleep well.」

「Our room was clean and quiet ; we asked for it to be scent free for my husband who gets migraines from room fresheners, oils, perfumes etc, and also asked for additional pillows and they honored our request. Breakfast was minimal but just fine for our needs. The open area downstairs was very comfortable for visiting with our friends after breakfast who were also guests at AmericInn. The location was perfect for our stay.」

「My initial reservations were for five nights - I was there to see my brother at the hospital. He was discharged early, so I cancelled my last night and flew home. The hotel refused to reimburse me for the fifth night, even though I advised them two nights before. I will never stay there again nor use Expedia for reservations.」
