A special thanks to Mr. Partik Tiwari and Mr. Sanjeet Kumar from the F&B department. Their service was outstanding—very professional, attentive, and courteous. They ensured that all our dining experiences were smooth and enjoyable.
I would also like to appreciate the entire hotel staff for their warm behavior, prompt service, and dedication. Everyone was very cooperative and made our stay comfortable and memorable.
The overall experience was truly excellent, and I look forward to visiting again.

"Excellent property. Very clean. Great views of the mountains and the main shrine from here. This property is run well by Balvinder, Kuldeep, and Tilak Raj Singh. Great work by Shyamlal and Vikas. This location is close to the Katra market. I got dropped off at Banganga for Mata Vaishnodevi Darshan, and to the the Airport through them. IBoth Prahlad and Amandeep Singh are awesome drivers. I highly recommend this place and the services. Jai Mata Di! "
